Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years you probably would have heard of the expression “self care”.
Personally, I was shocked to discover there are several pages dedicated to it on the NHS website, going back to 2017! It’s not just some weird and wonderful fad, it’s something we can all do, to help ourselves, and make our lives better.
