Today was a grand-parenting day and hugs from small children are just the best.
Do a Google search on hugging and it pulls up loads of articles that list the benefit of a hug….but, you have to do it for 20 seconds! I don’t know about you, but that seems an uncomfortable amount of time. I think my friends would think I was nuts if I didn’t let go for 20 seconds lol 😂
Do you think the husband will notice if I look at my watch whilst hugging him? And as for the grand children? Try keeping any toddler still for 20 seconds!
Hopefully dogs count, thats far easier 😉
