Quiet Contemplation

It was absolutely freezing today, but, at lunch time the sun came out and I found myself actually enjoying the cold fresh air and the stillness of the River Medway. Sometimes, just taking a moment to stop, look around and be present is just all you need (until the seagulls start sqwarking! lol)
