Didn’t get to bed until late last night (the husband had a chess match) so this morning I really didn’t want to get up…I was knackered lol
I’m sleeping an average of 7 hours a night now (thanks to the Magnesium!) but I feel like I could sleep for 8 or 9, if the Puggies would let me/us.
Theres been a lot of research on whether taking a nap during the day is beneficial and apparently it is. So why do I always feel so crappy after i’ve taken a nap?
Today I thought i’d experiment with just laying down, relaxing on the sofa…ha bloody ha…after the dogs had jumped all over me for a few minutes I ended up nodding off. And yes, I felt crap afterwards.

My body seems to associate “relaxing” with sleep lol. Not quite sure how I combat that one…even watching an interesting TV show can have me nodding. The minute I sit on the sofa i’m gone π So how do I stop associating relaxation with sleeping? Answers on a postcard π
Shh don’t tell anyone, but I love a good old nap π I pop up to bed set the alarm for an hour and zzzz off I go lol I can’t sleep on the settee just too uncomfortable. Sounds like you need more practice πππ΄π΄π΄
