Colouring for Adults

When my kids were little I would buy them colouring books and pencils/pens. We’d all sit down for a colouring in session…but within 20 minutes, i’d be the one left colouring while they’d all gone off to find something more interesting to do lol

As a child, I was never much good at drawing, but I loved to colour…and nothings changed. I treated myself to a colouring book and a set of Crayola colouring pencils (I find Berol or Crayola are best, strong and vibrant colours). And yesterday evening…I indulged 😉

I’ve always found it to be relaxing, and I just love all the adult colouring books that are available now. Years ago I had to make do with Barbie and Power Rangers lol.

If you’ve never tried colouring as an adult, give it a go. And if you’re still reluctant, read why psychologist Dr Nikki Martinez prescribes them to her patients.

    1. I know exactly what you mean honey…I’m really struggling with time issues at the moment…there just arent enough hours in the day to fit everything I want to do, in lol. And as for weekends…forget it! The schedule goes out the window lol x
