I’ve been having trouble sleeping, due to this bloody cold. I wake up coughing, cant breath through my nose…need the loo…and then cant get back to sleep lol.
So yesterday (after only having 4 hours sleep the previous night) I gave in and had a nap on the sofa. Did I feel better afterwards?…ummmm…nope lol…probably not as knackered that evening but other than that I just felt groggy 😳
Where I went wrong (apparently, according to this article on the Dreams website) is that you shouldn’t sleep for more than 45 minutes. Next time i’ll set an alarm.
