I’ve never been a huge fan of water, preferring tea, coffee and Pepsi as a way to hydrate. But, i’m fully aware that I should drink more water. I even have a collection of water bottles lol.
I know all the benefits of being hydrated, so i’ve been trying to have a glass every morning (when I take my Magnesium and iron tablets). But i’m also trying to remember to fill one of my bottles, and to keep it close at hand throughout the day, make it part of my morning routine.
I’m still having my tea and coffee (but not the Pepsi…I kicked that habit a while back!), so i’m probably not up to the recommended 1.2 Litres quite yet…but i’m working on it, and thats better than no water at all right? 😉
